Simon Wheeler - Chief Executive Officer

Simon has relocated from Australia to the UK to take up the role of local CEO for the European business. Simon has in-depth knowledge and experience of the software and technology industry having worked across various sectors.

Katie Claridge – Chief Financial Officer

Katie heads Finance, Legal and HR and has been responsible for establishing the business’s financial reporting processes and financial integration with its parent company. Katie has delivered a number of strategic projects and is accountable for financial business planning to support strategic decision making and aid the company’s significant growth across Europe.

A qualified accountant, prior to joining Contigo, Katie was responsible for designing and implementing simplified business processes for a global manufacturing company.

Karen Sanders – Chief Customer Officer

Karen heads teams responsible for customer-related activities through analysing clients’ requirements, supplying and implementing products to help them manage their businesses more effectively and easily.

A utilities sector Business Analyst before joining Contigo, her role also includes consultancy, sales, marketing and account management functions. She supports the future of our products by overseeing the development of core and bespoke functionalities/capabilities, as well as ensuring implementations run smoothly.

Simon Stevens - Chief Technology Officer

Simon heads the Technology team and is responsible for managing and executing the product road map for Contigo’s energy software suite. This includes the research and integration of new technologies, ensuring customers benefit from fast system performance and sophisticated functionality.

Simon has a wealth of software industry experience both as a developer and as leading consultant working on high profile projects for numerous leading technical companies.

“IT is a fast-paced industry with no room for complacency. My focus will be to take advantage of emerging technologies and best practises to drive product quality. The energy sector is rapidly changing and introducing exciting opportunities for trading firms with modern flexible systems. My role is to provide Contigo customers with a powerful ETRM solution that can support them to gain a competitive advantage in today’s increasingly liquid and highly volatile commodity markets.”

Sunny Tiwana - Chief Information Officer

Sunny heads up the Support and Service Delivery teams and is responsible for ensuring customers get the maximum value from their software solutions.

Post implementation the support team works with customers to understand their business processes and provide technical advice on how products fit within their infrastructure working towards creating a simplified IT landscape that is accurate, performant & robust. Sunny has over 10 years' experience of technical support, predominantly from an energy background but also within financial and business processes. Having joined Contigo early on, he has helped to build the support team, bringing together and developing a group of software experts that are passionate about the energy industry to best support and advise our customers.
