Job Title: Graduate Support Analyst

About the role

We’re looking for someone to work in a first-line support role to diagnose, analyze and resolve problems.

We’re looking for someone with technical ability and who will be able to use product training to help solve issues. This is a chance to work in a fast-paced team to resolve complex problems for customers while always maintaining excellent customer service.

About you

You will ideally hold an IT-related degree (or equivalent qualifications). A commitment to providing outstanding customer service should come naturally. An eagerness to learn and a passion for IT and technical skills should be important to you. The chance to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly developing opportunities should excite you.

You should be comfortable working both independently and alongside a global support environment.

Qualifications and experience

  • An IT-related degree or equivalent qualification is preferable
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems
  • Experience providing good customer service
